FROM East From M1 J 46 join Leeds Outer ring Road (A6120) and journey west for approx 8 miles until reaching Otley Road Junction((A660) roundabout. Travel across roundabout to 1st set of traffic lights. Turn Left at lights and join Spen Lane.Continue for approx 1/4 mile and turn left into West Park. Drive and turn immediate right into North Parade and changing facilites 100 yards straight ahead. FROM NORTH Join Leeds Outer ringroad (A6120) travel south to either Wetherby Road (A58) or York Road (A64). On joining outer ring road west until reaching Otley Road(A660) round about then as previous.

FROM SOUTH Enter Leeds on M621 junction 2 , Follow A643 into Leeds then take A58(M) dual carriageway afor approx 1/2 mile, fork left at Traffic lights (kirkstall Leisure Centre) Travel straight on to Kirkstall Abbey into Abbey Walk and continue past at T'junction with Spen Lane. Turn Left and continue up hill past the Hark to Rover pub. Continue on over 2 mini rounabouts until reaching West Park Devlopement Centre on right. Take next right AFTER developement centre into Arncliffe Road and then immediate right into gound.

FROMWEST From Pudsey join Leeds Oujter ring road (A6120) and travel east. At Rodley roundabout continue on Ring Road to HOrsforth Roundabout carry on along ring road to next roundabouit continure past McDonalds on the left to next set of Traffic lights. Turn right into Spen Lane and continue for approx 1/4 mioe and then as previopuse.
